    Turned out great. I think its missing something but dont know what. I followed the directions on the show as it was a little different than the recipe online.

    Great Green Chile Salsa, and great burgers. After making these, I had left over salsa....so the next night it was Chile Cheese Dogs topped with Cheddar. It may have been one of the best hot dogs I've ever made, and believe me....I've made a few!

    Best Burger I ever had. Brisket at a 80/20 mix was very flavorful. Green Chili Salsa was great with a nice kick. White chedder was a nice balance. I don't eat much meat but now I'm craving this burger can't wait to make again. I also like the way Guy forms the burgers on the show great tip.
