    This dough recipe is Mouthgasm approved.

    I only used the dough from this recipe. It was very good. I got a very crisp crust with good flavor. My guests grabbed one of the grilled doughs, broke it up and used it for bruschetta, cheeses and caponata I had out for appetizers. They liked it far better than the breads and crackers on the table. I made the rest into pizzas with ricotta/pesto/grilled shrimp or marinara/meatballs/mozz.

    Wonderful and toasty! Watch your grill and if you like some heat, just sprinkle some red chili flakes any time!

    I thought this pizza lacked flavor so just before serving it to guests I tossed chopped kalamata olives all over it and it was great. Just the flavor enhancer it needed.
