Made these sandwiches exactly as described in the recipe and hubby and I loved them. Easy to make but still a tasty blend of flavors. And don't forget the CHEESE! Served them with a bowl of tomato soup and it was divine!

The Laughing Cow Cheese makes this taste high fat. So delish,, that I kept looking for more calories! It's a new diet staple/favorite.

I couldn't wait to make this. A nice twist on what could be a boring grilled cheese sandwich.
    Absolutely delicious.

    Well...I forgot the peppers : (

But it was still very good. The 2 cheeses work well together. You get a soft creamy sharpness with the Laughing Cow and the slight milky sweetness of the gooey fat free slice. I used a bit less whipped butter, so mine was about 5.5 grams of fat, but even at 7.5 gr. this is a bargain for a cheesy crunchy hot buttery sandwich and a pretty good stand-in it's 29 gram of fat counterpart. My heart and stomach thank you HG.

This was really good and super easy. I served it with some canned tomato soup. I made the recipe exactly as is. I LOVE her recipes, things that are easy, only a few ingredients.... Things that I can make quickly during the week.
