The sauce was really good! I used beef broth instead of dry red wine the second time I made it, and it tasted just as good.
The meatballs on the other hand were so salty we could not even eat them, seriously you only need about 1/4 tbs of salt.

The meatballs tasted like incredibly salty meatloaf -- 2 tablespoons kosher salt!? Ugh. The tomato sauce was tasty but hardly amounted to 1 gallon. My sauce was more like 4-6 cups.

Nice and easy. The taste is really good. I always add more garlic.Garlic rocks
