    Please stop posting about how unhealthy this is. So are the recipes that ask you to deep fry, recipes loaded with cheese and oils, ribeye steaks, cakes and cookies, etc. Everything in moderation. No one said make this every night or even once a week. It is delicious and that is what the star rating is for . . . Not for most healthy recipe! Give me a break people!!!!

    This recipe is in PW's cookbook. If you don't have it, you've gotta get it! These mashed potatoes are the only mashed potatoes I will ever make again. Thank you Ree!

    Made these two nights ago and LOVED them!! They tasted so great and I loved being able to make them up ahead of time and then cook them in the oven. We'll definitely be making these again!
    Love the show too. I'll be watching every week!

    Who knew adding more butter and cream cheese was the secret to having to die for mashed potatoes. If you have not tried this yet, you must, it's wonderful.

    In a word: WOW! I make mashed potatoes often, but never to this magnitude. The cream cheese and butter really added that stick to your ribs feeling. YUM! Definitely gonna become my go to for mashed potato recipes.

    Delish! Husband and 2YO both loved it. I sprinkled with some parmesan which worked well. Tastes great the next day too.

    So good, I wanted to drink them. Creamy...mmmmmm. I could have eaten the whole batch! We added Bacon and French Fried Onions as she has done in another of her cookbook recipes....to die for! :
