Loved the show. Haven't tried recipes yet but I do make a chipped beef gravy similar to the chicken fried steak gravy. Can't wait to try.

Ree, I am sooo happy that you are on Food Network! I have been following your blog for maybe 4 years now. My family loves these potatoes! I wouldn't make them any other way. They are great!!! I'm sooo happy for you! I can't wait to start try even more of your delicious recipes.

I made this recipe from the PW cookbook. I'm glad it's posted here so I can find it quickly without having to find my dog-eared book. What I love most about this particular recipe is that it can be made in advance. It is without saying that it is delicious. (Cream Cheese, Butter? Especially great for the holidays when you have so much other cooking going on!

These mash potatoes are absolutely the best! I have made them and they are easy to make and very tasty. Everyone in attendance at my dinner had more than one helping. I love them!!!
