I made this last night to serve alongside some steak sandwiches and it was a HIT! Looks pretty in a serving dish AND tastes great--and I've never really been that crazy about tomatoes. This marinade is a perfect blend of flavors!

love this girl and her new show!!! I love her recipes, she cooks the way I was raised. We were and to this day are not fat. Good food, three squares a day is healthy. No processed or canned junk anywhere, I love it! make her an everyday show! Get rid of Rachael Ray, she is way over exposed.

Loved the sugar in the dressing! This was really tasty! I actually made the whole meal with the chicken fried steak and the potatoes and thought it was all really, really good!

Simple, easy and delicious! Had several tomatoes that had to be used and what a better way to use them on this hot summer day! It's refreshing to have someone new on the Food Network who brings a different perspective to midwestern All-American food.
