Love all her recipes except two (so far. This is one of them; it's just too darned many steps in the morning.

All I can say is OMG it was so good. All 7 of us so enjoyed these breakfast sandwiches. We also made homemade hash browns. Great dinner of our first night of snow.

I haven't rated a recipe in months, but this was great. It didn't take long & even my 4 year old ate it (minus the jalapenos. Not something you should cook all of the time, but I will add it to the rotation.

We made these on our Memorial weekend camping trip. YUMMY! They really need the Texas toast to hold up to all the good fixin's inside. We skipped the jalepenos but from all the comments here we will definitely try them next time. The perfect sandwich spread for these is Durkee's Famous Sauce if you can find it. I ended up having to make a copy cat recipe for it because I can't find it close by anymore. Unlike Msfoodie1 I did not find them to be greasy at all.

Delicious. These sandwiches are great on any morning for a quick, hearty breakfast, we love them. I only put the peppers on my husbands because my kids don't like them I also wrap mine in paper towel instead because I think the foil makes the bread to soggy.
