I made this with the Asian Sloppy Joes as well and it was amazing. I didn't have any problem with adding the eggs and the dish looks amazing and tastes even better. Can see that it would go with so many other meals as well and like Sandra said, you can add any vegtables that you have on hand. A very tasty dish and another way to get them vegtables into the family as well! Can't wait to try the Round 2 recipe with sloppy joe mixture and this rice later in the week. This is fantastic.

I have NEVER made fried rice...if I knew it was this simple I'd have done it more instead of buying the pre-made ones. I did tweek a little...added 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce. YUM

This was a keeper according to my hubby. I didn't cook the eggs like she said I kinda just scrambled them in. Didn't look to good but tasted great! We saved enough for Round 2 recipe. Looking forward to trying it too. If it was as good as this was it will be a keeper too. Thanks Sandra for your money saving meals!!!!! We are on a fixed income and these sure do come in handy!!!!! Great flavor!!!
