This was a great sandwich. The chicken was so juicy and now I use the same marinade for chicken on my salads. Pretzel bread is a must because paired with the citrus mustard...oh my. I had a hard time finding pretzel bread so I went to Blimpe and bought 4 of their pretzel rolls. (They only charged me $3.90!!!

when writing a review your to follow the recipe exactly and THEN make adjustments. I do that with any recipe so I know what it will really taste like with all the right measurements as well. That does mean I have a lot left over because the recipes are never for just 2 people. But this recipe was FANTASTIC the way it was written. I had to go to organic stores (whole foods, fresh market to find grapefruit soda and pretzel bread. It was WORTH the time to find these ingredients and I will DEFINATELY make this again.

This was my first recipe from Guy and my first review ever. This sandwich was sooooo yummy!! I will definately add this to my recipe box as a keeper. I had to make a couple of adjustments based on availability and time. I used Clementine soda and fresh lemon juice. Also apricot marmalade not orange....but I figure the citrus is the same idea. Lastly I only had time to marinate for 30 minutes but the flavor really infused into the meat....must be the soda....really really good. Cooking time was perfect for tender, juicy chicken. You have to try this sandwich.
