I found the best way to work with the dough was to let the tube sit out and warm up to room temperature before working with it.

Dough was hard to work with but then again I didnt have a pen at hand. Turned out wonderful! couldnt find the monsier cheese at two of our stores so we used coby jack and still tasted great! Will be doing them again soon.

I was very frustrated with the dough. So much so that I threw it all out! Maybe I will try again with the tip on the cooking spray.

These were great with the gruyere cheese! I will definitely make these again. They worked pretty well as leftovers too.

Loved them! I used swiss because it's what I had in the fridge and they still tasted delicious. I made them in the morning and packed them up for our adventure in the Richardson Corn Maze. It took us 2 hours to complete but thanks to these tasty sandwiches we never went hungry!

Very easy and comforting. It was a challenge at first to get the dough to roll out as thinly as required. Once I added a little cooking spray to my work area and got some traction with the dough it was easy. I served with a lobster bisque from Costco. For the price and ease of pizza , I got a french bistro. Thanks for an easy, tasty recipe.
