This cheesecake turned out fantastic. It was easy to make and tasted delicious. My family loved it with the chocolate sauce. I however didn't use bourbon in the whip cream.

Doesn't have a real strong pumpkin taste but still an impressive dessert. My food processor wasn't big enough for all the batter so I used an electric mixer and lg. mixing bowl. I also didn't have a 12" springform pan so I used a 10 1/2" and omitted a little of the crust. Even though it was thicker, it still only needed to bake 1 hr. 5 min. Next time I'd add 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice to batter.

The cheesecake was good, but nothing special - just your average pumpkin cheesecake. However, the bourbon-spiked whipped cream was fantastic (although we added another dash of bourbon and the chocolate sauce was really easy and very tasty. I'll probably make both the toppings for other desserts, but I won't bother making the cheesecake again.

The cheesecake was okay, not very sweet and lacking in a lot of flavor - didn't taste quite like pumpkin pie, but didn't taste quite like cheesecake either. The bourbon spiked cream was DELICIOUS, but I made it from scratch with 2 cups Whipping cream, 2-3 Tbsp Sugar, 2 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Bourbon, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Good recipe, but little taste. I added allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon. I also use an Oreo & pecan crust. I didn't have Bourbon so I used Rum extract. It was awesome, if I do say so myself.

I loved this however I didn't make my own crust. I used the store bought graham cracker crust and the recipe actually made 4 pies. I did add a bit more pumpkin as I love the flavor. They were fantastic and I am going to make them again tonight for Thanksgiving.

Absolutely amazing pie! I didn't have a springform pan at the time, so I used two regular 9" pie pans and made 2. Good choice, they were both gone in a week!! Huge success!

I had never made pumpkin cheesecake before and it was delicious. I made it for a dinner party and there wasn't any left. I baked it for 45 minutes but it started cracking. Next time I'll take it out a few minutes early. My husband loved it but asked I add a little more sugar next time. We love it and will definitely make the again....really soon

This was the best pumpkin cheesecake I ever made. Many people who tasted it thought it was the best they ate as well! Very creamy and delicious. Not heavy like most cheesecakes. Excellent!
