Excellent!!! I have made this recipe about a dozen times now with a few changes here and there. I usually will cook chicken breasts or cutlets in olive and garlic then cut it up and add to the chili. I always double the recipe so I have leftovers!!

Wow. So easy. Great use for leftover rotessiere chicken.

So easy and delicious. Agree with other reviewers that it was a little lacking in the spice department, next time I will probably add a few tablespoons of my favorite Trader Joe's taco seasoning packet. I already had frozen chicken so instead of buying more I just poached it and then added to the stew. I would definitely make this again and might freeze some to bust out later this winter.

This is pretty tasty, but I thought it could use a lot more heat, and I used a whole serrano instead of half of a jalapeno. But we tend to make pretty spicy chili in our family. Definitely a quick and easy recipe perfect for a chilly fall weeknight, though.

So delicious and so easy and to make! I was surprised by how flavorful it was. My husband said I could win a chili cook-off with this recipe. To use what I had on hand I used chili peppers, one can pinto and one can cannellini beans and pepper jack cheese. Also added cayenne pepper.

Cooked up so fast and was really easy! It wasn't really spicy at all so we added some Cayenne to ours. After a long day of fall cleaning, this hit the spot!

I love white chili but my recipes always fall flat. I have dreamed of making a white chili that could actually win at the office - THIS IS IT! Thank you for this recipe FNM.

Incredibly tasty and easy to make after a long day of work. The 3 year old loved it and the adults had seconds. I subbed bell peppers and jalapeños for the canned chills and it seemed to work. Enjoy!

This makes an easy week night dinner. Prep time is minimal and clean up is easy. We always make a double batch so the kids and dad can take leftovers for lunch. We leave out the peppers and double the green chilis. I also sub half pinto beans for white cannellini beans and it is delicious. It is great that it is made with a pre-cooked chicken. Makes life so much easier for me!

This one is a keeper!! Agree with reviewer who said it needed more salt...no big deal, just added it. Perfect dish for a cold winter night!
