    My Teenage Boys loved this. Sat an waited till more were done. I used leftover chicken, the cheese I had and they were great. Will make again, and maybe try a twist to them. Quick and easy! Just have your Biscuit cutter ready. Ate them without the sauce.

    My husband and I both love these empanadas. I use sour cream instead of yogurt for the dipping sauce, and add a little drizzle of honey.

    The empanadas were good. I had a ton of leftover chicken filling as well as pie crust so I used it to make one giant empanada. My 6 year old daughter liked them too, but not my 3 year old. The dipping sauce was gross so we didn't eat that at all. I would make the empanada again as an appetizer.

    I made these for my husband and I. He was not crazy about them. I liked them alot. I asked him what he didn't like about them. He felt that the chicken mixture would taste better on crackers like a cheeseball. I also had left overs and thought I would make a rustic chicken pie(pie crust rolled out chicken in the middle and fold edge of crust up around it with the left over pie crust and the chicken but we ate the remaining mixture with tortilla chips and crackers and it was very yummy. The girlfriends would love them though they were so cute!.

    These turned out really great! I had enough mixture left to make some at a later date.The only thing I changed I sliced a little bit of habanero in it.
