I actually have a question, and this is the only place I can find to post it. I am about to remodel my kitchen and I know from past experience that I love a stove top grill. I would REALLY love to know what make and model stove Anne is cooking on when she grills the hanger steak!?! I also really appreciated the grill care tips she gave during the episode, I wish I had seen that with my last stove. Thanks for a great episode and I'm looking forward to the new cookbook!

Incredible!!! Delicious!!! The longer the steak is marinated, the better.

I've made this three times. My local grocery does not always carry hanger steak and when it does I salivate thinking of this divine marinade. Delicious does not even begin to describe it.
