I just found my new go-to "white" chili recipe! I did change a few things however. I used ground chicken instead of turkey, a small can of green chiles, drained, instead of roasting the peppers, and a packet of ranch dressing mix (like others have said instead of the herbs. Delicious!
*Also: make sure you check those muffin crumbles! Mine were burned! I would say approximately 5 min. would have been plenty.

We loved this dish, my husband loves any kind of hearty chili, soup or stew, when I RR prepare it on her show, I knew this one would hit the spot with him. And really it's fairly healthful, I used lean turkey, the rest is just veggies, and I used light sour cream (you can't tell the difference once it's stirred in! Yum!

My family LOVED this dish!! I, like many others, made a few modifications...instead of the fresh herbs, I used two packets of Ranch Style (dry dip mix with a cup of buttermilk and a cup of sour cream!! PERFECT consistency and taste! Delicious!!!

Flavor was awesome! I also nearly doubled the amount of sour cream but still wasn't as think as I would have liked it. The toasted corn bread was so good on it such a nice change. Based on other reviews I'll try with buttermilk or heavy cream. But the taste was so good I'm not giving up! Thanks Rachael!

I liked this recipe, even though I'm not a big dill fan. I added a jalapeno and topped with scallions at the end to spice it up. I also used nearly double the sour cream the recipe calls for. The consistency was perfect, and my husband loved it. I skipped the bacon and used Fritos instead of the corn cakes. What's better with ranch dressing than Fritos?? I will definitely make this again now that it's cooler outside. Thanks Rachael!

tasty, but i was hoping for a thicker consistency. this was more like turkey chili soup. maybe next time i'll add some heavy cream and see if that does more for it than the sour cream.

regarding how long to cook the bacon... it's bacon. cook it till it looks done.

My bf and I loved it. it was easy to make...took me a little more then 30 min becouse i didnt have anything washed before hand like the herbs. i liked the speed of the cooking, i never felt rushed or behind. i just chopped as i cooked. my bf hate "ranch dressing so i didnt tell him it was based off of it, i just called it ranch chili (he was thinking texas, lol i loved the herbs the dill and chillies were amazing together. someone said its a little runny but if you use the cornbread it soaks up everything. and we had almost 2 cup portions of chili and only 1/3 cup od cornbread on top.
ps bf says you need the little bit of cornbread for the contrast of flavors

This was delicious! The right amount of heat...I just made corn bread and we crumbled that over it...it was hit and we will make it agian. Only exception is my younger kids hated it, they tried a few bites but couldn't do it.

We made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! It is a nice twist on a traditional chili.
