This recipe worked perfectly, even though I substituted regular water for club soda. The fries were crispy and delicious!

Awesome! We all gobbled these up - even the kids, none of whom like sweet potato fries of any kind.

These are yum! Just check your oil temperature, otherwise they won't crisp up or will burn.

I have made sweet potato fries 20 different way! NONE Compares! This is the best recipe I have ever tasted. There are two of us so I made half a recipe! What a mistake! Should have made it all! The seasoning is fabulous! Great Job! You always had my vote!

Very good! Cut them a little wider...very easy-made the sprinkle mixture ahead of time. Fried them up while dinner was cooking-drained on paper towel and them kept warm in the oven. Simple and delicious!

OMG! Yes! And thanks for the tips with the cornstarch and club soda, as well as the barbecue chip-like seasoning for the fries. So easy. Thanks, Jeff, it is a delight to watch you create magic in the kitchen!

I loved everything about this recipe: crispy and the seasonings were perfect as stated in the recipe. Next time I will try the frozen, as another commenter suggested, just for comparison.
