    Perfect, delicious. Exactly as he promised. I used canola as I had no peanut oil on hand. I love sweet potato fries but haven't been able to make them crispy at home til now. He was my favorite on the Next Food Network Star. Loved the show as I knew I would, I laughed and learned. Way to go, Jeff.

    Amazing! Being an Idaho-girl, I had to use yukon golds (I know, I know, should have been russets, but the ones they sell outside of Idaho are puny
    This is my new favorite french fry recipe, absolutely perfect! The seasonings made them taste like barbequed chips on steroids!
    I watched the whole food network star series and am so glad Jeff won! He was my favorite from the start! His recipes and style are so great, amazing food done well! Love it!

    It was good but my Mom can't eat none because she's allergic 2 peanuts, so can next time I make it, I'm going to use vegetable oil instead of peanut oil.

    I LOVE sweet potato fries and have enjoyed them anyway even if every single batch I made, each from different recipes, has come out limp and soggy. Cornstarch and club soda -- who knew? Can't wait to make these again! I still have to fiddle with the proportions as I make enough for only two, but I am off to a good start. Thanks Sandwich King!

    Well, it was the first time I made a recipe right after a presentation show. I didn't make the Cods - I made these as a side with Meatloaf burgers - I know, a bit unconventional but these came out great! I knew I hit the "mark" when Jeff said "they taste like barbeque potato chips" - I was always a little hesitant to fry my own fries but these were worth it. Jeff got me to give 'em a try. Nicely done.

    These were really good, nice and crunchy. Loved the seasoning mix! Dipped them in the tarter sauce from my beer battered cod sliders. Delicious!

    Crispy and delish. My husband said to never buy frozen fries again. You were right, Sunday's episode did change my life forever. ;
