I made this for a blessingway I went to (a type of baby shower for a mom's second or later babies. It's good, but I felt like it had too much cream cheese. I'd either omit that next time, or cut it at least in 1/2. I didn't personally love the coriander or the spice, but my hubby loved the leftovers! I'd recommend this recipe.

Very tasty. I made a batch last night and it was quickly eaten. I had no mozzarella, so I used Fontina. I also used ground coriander instead of the seeds (equal amount. We loved the flavors and texture. Thanks!

This recipe is delicious! It's so easy to put together and I did use fat free cream cheese and light mayo and it was so, so good! It was a huge hit with our friends. I repeatedly heard "this is really the best artichoke dip I've ever had".

This is an awesome recipe. I had to use canned artichokes and monterey jack cheese instead of the gouda but it was very good. We loved it!

Soooooo yummy. Had to make it right after I saw the show. Very tasty and easy to make. Even forgot to add the garlic, and it was still delish. Served it with Stacy's Pita Chips. This is definitely a keeper and will being making it again and again. Thanks, Aarti!
