    Yum. Had some leftover grilled chicken breast so used this recipe for everything but the meat. The hoagie dressing is great; perfect complement to the spicy giardiniera. Sprinkled some dried oregano, salt, & pepper over the top to finish. Thanks!

    I love all of the sandwiches you feature/more importantly I love the ideas I have gotten from you over the years for the inventive ways to use giardiniera which I love....it has made me really look for other uses for it as well...
