This is very spicy with the cayenne, curry, and cumin, so be aware! If you like it spicy, then you will love it!

Made this recipe last night...it is delicious and so easy. I used a little extra olive oil because it was a little to thick for me. I subbed fresh veggies for the pita chips as well!

Great recipe and easy to put together quickly.
My only suggestion is to leave out or significantly reduce the amount of garlic used because the dip is very strong if you use the stated amount. Tasty, but it definitely "lingers". :
Grab a bag of pita chips and you're ready to go in just a few minutes!

WAY too much salt. I even added another can of organic white beans and still too much salt. Don't add the salt!

I made this right after I saw the show. I had a can of great northern beans in my cabinet that I've had forever and didn't know how to use. I used them for the beans. I was also out of lemon so I had to use lime. Plus, I had no pita so used the same baking tips with flour tortillas. It still turned out great. My 3 year old and 5 year old both loved it and thought it was a special treat. My husband finished off the rest of it before I could even put it in a container for the fridge. My mom lives with us and she said the baked tortillas were better than the chips we buy. I'll definitely make this again.
