This is another awesome way to eat Tofu. Loved everything about it. My husband cannot stop talking about it.

Let's be clear...this has nothing to do about the Tofu and everything to do about the sauce -Fabulous!! I can't imagine what this would not taste fantastic on! I love the herbs de provence on the tofu, but I love herbs de provence.
I can't wait to try this sauce on whole wheat penne with some grilled shrimp. BTW: I was out of lime and substituted lemon zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon.

I didn't find that the herbes de provence were the right flavor profile to mesh with the avocado cream. Not sure what I'd use in their place, though. The avocado cream is delicious with oven fries seasoned with a nice smoky paprika. Maybe I'd use the paprika on the tofu.
