These were very good. I liked the idea of using the garlic powder instead of just the garlic cloves which is what I do. I usually do not us parchment paper but gave it a try. Much much easier clean up and it did not make my pototo wedges dark which usually happens to me. Nice crunch..lots of flavor!Because I love spice I added some crushed red pepper flakes too! Good job Jeff!
