This was great! I will definitely make again. I followed the recipe exactly as it was written. It was easy to assemble and the outcome was loved by all! (*I might put spinach in it next time. All this flavor and it was low cal, too!

This tasted very good with an excellent presentation. Really moist and reheated well. I didn't have any Portabellos, so I used regular mushrooms, which were a little more difficult to roll. I think that I would like this recipe better with spinach in place of the basil and then a fresh salad on the side. It was easy, inexpensive to prepare and tasty. What more do you want from a recipe?

Delicious. I wasn't sure if the tomato soup was supposed to be concentrate or reconstituted so I did 1/4 cup soup concentrate and 1/4 cup lowfat milk. Also I substituted nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and jalapeno peppers for the sour cream and roasted red peppers respectively. I didn't want to throw out the stem of the mushroom so I chopped it finely, sauteed it and added it to the sauce.

This recipe is our newest favorite!! I've made it twice, the last with fresh baby bell peppers, baby spinach and it turned out fantastic!

Great recipe! I substituted cream cheese for the Laughing Cow Swiss cheese and it tasted great! Definitely a recipe I will cook again.

Very good! Picky husband liked it too! Never used Laughing Cow cheese before in a recipe! Really creamy and delicious. Did not have tomato soup so took some chicken juice from when I took foil off, mixed with a little water and corn starch, 1 chopped roasted green chili and a tiny amount of butter to create a great, light sauce. Very pretty for a dinner party as well!

Excellent! I made it for dinner tonight and we both loved it. I added some extra garlic powder on the chicken. This dish will be regular for our dinner. Thanks

I made this last week and it was delicious, hubby even raved about it. Didn't have fresh basil, so I used the basil I had frozen, almost like the fresh. Will definitely make again. For a little more pazazz, flick in a few red pepper flakes for kick.

This was delicious and easy and I didn't even make ANY sauce to go over it. The tomato bisque thing just didn't sound good to me... I had jarred pasta sauce on hand, as another reviewer had done, just in case it needed something. But we didn't think it needed sauce at all! I doubled the recipe and gave some to my mother and she liked it, too. They were big chicken breasts and between that and all the filling, she and I each got more than 1 meal out of our servings. Oh - and I had just seen a great tip from Rachael Ray about basil, which came in really handy. The fresh basil at the store I went to looked limp and AWFUL. I brought a package home, trimmed the ends and put them right in a small container of water. Then, I inverted a ziploc bag over the whole thing (which created a sort of greenhouse. By the next morning, that basil looked better than most looks before it's even picked!
