I loved this. I had this as a main dish and I was so full afterwards. I used a little more unions. I also used the pre minced garlic which was great. I used the garlic herb laughing cow cheese. I will be making this dish over and over. It was beautiful and tasty.

I have made this recipe 3 times now and everyone loves it. I like my veggies on the crisper side and hate them as mush so I would never have sautéed them first! I used Weight Watchers Jalapeno Pepper wedges for more flavor but any of them will work. I think this is a great side dish however the mushroom is so satisfying I could eat it as a main dish or lunch all by itself! This is a Weight Watchers winner!!!!!

This was filling and delicious! I read the review about needing to saute the veggies first, so I did that. Everything turned out perfect!. I cooked mine for 23 min. If you're trying to eat healthy, this recipe is definitely worth the try!

Will have to try this again, and next time will saute the vegetables first before mixing with the cheese. They were way too crunchy after only 25 minutes of baking, and the flavor was quite spicy/hot since the garlic was still basically raw. Rated as "good" since aside from the raw garlic taste, the other flavors marry well - and the recipe is probably very tasty when fully cooked.

I also added a small amount of diced red pepper for color. We ate this as a main course. When your family asks you to make it again – you know you have a winner.

My husband is always complaining when I make low fat foods. I tried this recipe on him and he didn't even know. I did add a dab of Hormel Bacon Bits to the recipe to disguise the healthiness of the recipe. After dinner he told me that we were gonna have to start having them more often because they were so filling.

Wonderful recipe. I made these for a first course. They were so good, and quite filling. I think I will leave them in the oven for a bit longer next time, as the zucchini was still a bit too crunchy when I opened them. Even so, they were very tasty.

Great recipe. I wanted a larger amount so doubled the recipe and turned it into a casserole. I didn't use portabellas but substituted 8 ounces baby bells, porchini mushrooms, chopped. I added a few scallions and put iit in a casserole dish, lightly covered with foil and baked until hot and bubbly. Fantastic.
