Excellent presentation! This is a great recipe for portabella mushroom lovers like myself. It's very, very filling. Loved the stuffing mixture.
Very elegant, and an A for presentation.
The Parmesan Style Topping was a great product discovery, with its lower fat content...
I'm thinking next time I might want to add a tiny bit of lump crabmeat to the mushroom stuffing. I know crabmeat is very low in calories and I bet it would go excellent inside the mixture.
