I made theses cookies the other night for my mother's birthday dinner and my family loved them. I followed the directions but I doubled the ingredients to make more cookies than the recipe called for and I also added a sliced strawberry on the top and this simple addition made the cookies simply irresistible. I found this cookie very easy and simple to make and the taste is amazing if you follow the directions.

These were very tasty. I used only 1/2 Tsp. Lemon zest, and it was plenty. Crush graham crackers to almost flour texture to avoid crumbling dough.

They were good. I did compress the cookies into a ball otherwise they crumbled when I pressed the indent in the middle. If I made them again I would press the cookie out more and make more of the cheesecake filling. Needs more cheesecake, of course.

Loved these cookies! The graham cracker cookie was super moist and the cheesecake center had that perfect signature cheesecale texture. My fianceé fell in LOVE with them! Also used the recipe for the cheesecake center to make some mini cheesecakes.

This was good!!! I doubled the recipe in order to have more servings, and added the entire 8oz of cream cheese as opposed to the 6oz (3oz dbl. They came out great. My little brothers were iffy on the idea of cheesecake cookies, but I told them to try one... They asked for more, saying that they were delicious!!!

Mine were no so dry as many other people mentioned, but I think that next time I will increase the filling amount. Probably the high humidity of PR help a little bit. I was expecting more cheesecake taste, but it has too much lemon flavor. My wife like them as is, but I will continue experimenting with the recipe.

So just made these. After reading the reviews I added an extra 2 tblsp of butter. MISTAKE.The cookies are delicious but they look really bad because they spread due to the extra butter. My changes were that I used oreo cookies instead of graham cracker crumbs, which i ground up in my food processor very fine, and instead of lemon I used Chocolate liquor in the cheesecake part. They are very tasty but next time I will not use the extra butter, I think they would have been perfect.
