    Au Deja Vous Rooms, my menu name. We do alot of entertaining, and this appetizer is always the first to go. They are so savory, and go well with wine. Also, for us ladies, as well as the men, this is a guilt free appetizer, as far as the CARBS go. Whence, where the name came from, we can serve them over and over, always a welcome addition.

    These are delisious, my grandkids & I call the "The Amazing Seafood Shrooms" We added a couple shrimp also. Yuuuummmmmyyyy for the Tuuummmy!

    with dungenous crab!: I call them Crabit while their hot!

    Our local Oregon crab can beat all comers We served them with bacon-wrapped Tillimock cheddar cheese stuffed dates. The fly off the plates. my kids love finger foods during football games, everybodies happy unless it is a civil war Oregon vs. Oregon state, when family evenly split, so there will be more food needed to sooth wounded ego.

    I let my kids help me name this one! We all agree on "Crusty Crab Caps"!! Cannot go wrong with panko, crab, and mushroom! YUMMY!
