Yummy stuff - tastes like a weekend in Texas! Making paste from dried chiles is not complicated, but time consuming. It's totally worth it, though.

The chili is not bad, if you are loooking for a chili with more of a tomato flavor this is not for you. It is good. The sour cream/avacodo sauce on top is very flavorful and works well with the chili. I served this with corn bread muffins and my kids enjoyed the chili and cornbread. Try it for yourself.
