I made this last week. This is one of the best cake I have ever tasted. Not too sweet and coconut makes it very flavorful. I eliminated the chocolate chips. I thought it will make it sweeter. I will make this again.

Blondie should dye her roots! Made these for a party, nobody liked them. They came out perfectly, but they just weren't anything special. They weren't awful, but they weren't that great either.

They're great! I added 1/2 T. coffee crystals to the vanilla to make the flavor deeper and boy, I think they amped up the taste. A new cookie for my cookie jar.
