    This is a very simple cookie to make and it make a small batch. The cookie is outstanding however for my taste, the mint frosting doesn't quite compliment the cookie flavor...to each his own though. A delecate lemon or orange cream cheese frosting is excellent on it, and also an almond buttercream.

    These cookies were rediculous! Absosolutely amazing. I was reluctant to try based on reviews, but I think these are, by far, the best butter mint cookies I have ever had. No one in my familiy could stop eating them! The only thing I did different was I added a bit more sugar (an additional 2 TBS of sugar to dough. These will be a staple cookie in my house! Absolutely delicious.

    The cookie is definitely delicate and crumbly but on the bland side, even with a sprinkling of sugar. The mint buttercreme frosting was too overpowering for the bland cookie. I ended up using some strawberry jam in between the two cookie halves which made it better but still not great.
