4 words. EASY, DELISH, CROWD PLEASER. That pretty much sums up this recipe. I doubled it since I have all ingredients out and they keep!! Didn't change a thing which is very unusual for me. Well i did use both white and dark chocolate but that's not changing anything......enjoy

Tasty tasty! I basically could not enjoy a cup of coffee without one this December. They are not teeth breaking hard and definitely dunk-able. Such a great combo of flavors that I would suggest making two batches. They were EASY to make and even though I did not dip in chocolate, they tasted just superb!

These are DELICIOUS. I don't even think they need the chocolate (although, you know, no harm in adding it... I could just eat them plain... I could eat them before the second baking... I could eat them all myself. The flavors are really bright and fresh and light, which is really nice to mix in with the rest of my heavy, rich holiday baking.

I just made these and they are delicious! I used walnuts instead, because that's what I had on hand. YUM!! Perfect for gift giving.

They taste great but because of the fillings, they break apart easily. Only few of them stayed intact..

Used slivered almonds, dried cherries, and orange zest, and they still turned out great. I did form them into 2 logs to make them smaller, and I was glad I did.

I've made biscotti quite a few times using different recipes and this one by far is the best. I always get great reviews when I make these. I sometimes change out the fruit and nuts I use to make different flavors (i.e. orange cranberry pecan, ginger and dark chocolate chip, lemon dried apricot almond etc... and they turn out just fabulous every time.

This has become the must have Christmas cookie at our house & is the most requested cookie to bring out to parties & for gifting. They are an absolute hit! Instead of dipping I use the chocolate to "frost" the top ... I want a little chocolate in every bite! lol I read other reviews where people swapped out for different dried fruits & nuts. I haven't tried that but will for sure! These are fantastic ... there aren't any store bought that come close!

Turned out great! People loved them! Next time I think I'll split the batch in two and make minis.
