I have made these every year since the show aired - I love them. They have been hits as gifts and office treats and never last longer than a few hours at home.

I made this recipe and got rave reviews from everyone. I did not have pistachios so I used almonds. Just as good. The lemon zest is a must. This one is a keeper.

I have made these biscotti's for three years now. Instead of dipping in chocolate I sprinkle powered sugar on them. This is easier and looks great. The lemon zest makes a nice flavor with the cranberries and nuts.

I made these this past weekend and they were great. I passed on the dried cranberries and pistachios and used chocolate chips instead, but they were just as delicious. And I was too impatient to let the butter come to room temperature, so I melted it in the microwave. The recipe turned out great anyway. Thsi one's a keeper!
