    Everyone commented on the great flavor. The drippings were a hit to dip bread in also. Easy to follow recipe.

    I love beef, and this recipe did not disappoint! This dish was AWESOME right out of the oven, and we even looked forward to eating all of the leftovers! Try this one. You won't be disappointed.

    I made this roast for the first time last year for New Year's Eve. We'd just had a baby, and neither my husband or I were up to going out. So, I decided to make a special treat for dinner, and make it a "family night". I was very nervous, as I'd never made a roast before. But, I must say that if you follow the directions, you can't mess this up! It was so good, that my husband decided this year to invite some other friends over for the holidays, and they've requested that I make this recipe, because my husband's been bragging about it all year long!

    I have never tasted a better roast. I love prime rib and always ask for it at restaurants where it is offered, and this recipe is by far the best. Extremely easy to follow and very (and I mean very tasty.
