I made this whole prime rib for a semi formal office holiday party held at my home, and it was the "belle" of the ball! Everyone was impressed and we all enjoyed it very much. Thanks Emeril. Every recipe that I try of yours is always a success. Michelle, Longmont, CO

I make prime rib for X-mas day each year and these seasonings make for an excellent piece of meat!

This recipe was first chosen for Christmas Dinner and I have used it many other times after that. The roast cooks evenly throughout and I got rave reviews by my family! The Thyme, Garlic, and Onions kick it up knotches unknown-not to mention the essence!
Hats off to Emeril- I'll cherish this recipe forever! Five Bamm Review!
