It was simple to make, I even got to sample without getting sick from the eggs not being in it!!!! I would highly recommend this recipe. Thanks for your great recipe!

This cake was wonderful! It not only looks beautiful but it's really sweet and you do get a pretty big helping. My guests also enjoyed it as well. Thank you hungery girl. Now I CAN have my cake and eat it too!

This cake was easy to make and absolutely delicious. Light, fluffy and full of flavor. I'd recommend it highly!!!

This cake look so beautiful that i even took a picture opf it.....I have to say that i changed the yellow cake mix for Pineapple Supreme from duncan hines and I used Sparkling Water instead of Club Soda...that's what i had so that's what i used....It came so perfect...Moist, Shiny, Delicious...You have to try it....I love Upside Down Pineapple cake but i haven't eat it in a long time because i am trying to keep in shape but trust me if you love it as i do you need to bake this cake.....and you will never miss eating Upside Down Pineapple cake again.
