So good! My family begs for this! Especially my pickiest eater. We usually save this recipe for the weekends, it is definitely worth the effort. I have made my own dough, according to this recipe, and bought dough from the local pizzeria to save time. Either way you do it, the stromboli always turns out delicious!

EASY TO MAKE AND RESULTS ARE FABULOUS, EVEN COLD THE NEXT DAY. BOUGHT ALL GOOD BOARS HEAD MEATS AND CHEESES AT THE DELI IN THE EXACT AMOUNTS STATED IN RECIPE AND IT WAS PERFECT. NOW THAT I KNOW HOW SIMPLE (INCLUDING THE DOUGH, THIS CAN BE CUSTOMIZED FOR THOSE PICKY EATERS. BUT, HARD TO IMAGINE IMPROVING ON THIS!

I followed the recipe to the T I got the brasaola from an Italian Deli, and it was awesome! There's only 1 place in San Jose, CA that has good stromboli and I thought this was better than theirs. Hey Guy Have you ever heard of Mark's Hotdogs here in San Jose, CA. Definetly a dive, but have the best hotdogs and chili dogs here. The restaurant is in a round Orange Ball!! in the east side.

I made this for opening night of NFL football. All my neighbors raved about it. I grabbed a piece and went back for seconds, but there was none left. I already have it slated for Sunday Football!

We really enjoyed this dish, and it wasn't at all difficult to prepare. I did substitute pepperoni for bresaola (whatever the heck that is, and it still came out great. I guess you can fill these with whatever you choose, but do consider including the fresh basil.

Perfect, for kids who are picky. Served with soup for the grown-ups.

My son and I made it for dinner tonight. To quote Max "it was AWESOME" Did a little improv with the ingredients and used dough that I got from my local pizza joint.

I loved how delicious this came out! My family was getting tired of my same old pizza recipe so this was a nice change. We used some pizza dough from the nearby Italian Deli, as well as some Alpino Salami, Sopressata, and Prosciutto di Parma and Provolone and Pecorino Romano instead of the ingredients listed. I think you could take any of your favorite pizza toppings and use them in this recipe. I have always wanted to try Stromboli and thought it would be too hard to make but this was really easy. The butter and garlic really added great flavor. Manga!
