Everyone has their own way of making kale chips, but this one -- in my opinion -- is by far the best. I took the advice of the reviewer who used a zip lock bag and it worked like a charm! I added the lemon juice and a little lemon zest before I baked them and they were luscious. The longer you keep them in the oven, the crispier they get, and the lemon juice help prevent them from burning.

This is the way to eat kale, which is a bit challenging, in my humble opinion. I liked this recipe because it took less time to cook than the others on food network and the result was crispier. I used a ziplock bag and "massaged" the pieces to make sure they were completely covered with oil, then I used the same bag to store them. The chips are best if eaten within 24 hours or they start losing crispness. I tried paprika, just salt, and lemon. All are good choices.

These were the BEST! I made them yesterday and they are all gone. Healthy and very tasty! I also added parmesan. I DO recommend adding the lemon juice as well, gave it a bit of zing.
Seriously, I could not stop eating them.

Ohhh...yum!!! This is so far my fave recipe for kale! I tried to cook it different ways, but making chips is by far the best use of it! So crispy, and the combination of salty, sour and spicy is to die for!! Excellent!!

Are you kidding me!! These are better than fries!!! I don't know why I went 27 years without ever trying these, the drizzling of the lemon is the best part !! Will definitely make these for the rest of my years, thank you Guy!!

I just made this recipe and am not sure what to think. I will probably make it again just be be sure. I was expecting more flavor. I cooked for 15 minutes and they came out like crispy tissue paper. I cut down on the salt due to other reviews but I then found I was wanting a more salty taste. Next time I will bake for 10-12 minutes and add more salt and see if I like Kale Chips. I want to like them due to the health benefits of Kale.

These are awesome kale chips! I added a good sprinkle of parmesan cheese to coat the leaves along with the salt and added the red pepper flakes before baking also. The baking temp. and time is perfect and the lemon at the end balanced everything out. This is the best recipe I've seen so far for kale chips.

not bad. A good healthy way to have something crunchy with your food. not sure that I would do this again though.
