This recipe is amazing! I have made it several times now for birthday dinners or special occasions. The veggies are delectable and the suggested pairing with cornbread is spot-on.

The recipe says to use a cast iron skillet and I can assure everyone that this is a good idea as I have ruined a regular skillet with the combination of hot oil and brown sugar. The cast iron pan can handle the abuse.

I was not into this one. The steak came out really tough, and the coffee flavor was kind of odd to me. I might try it again though, since other people seem to have liked it.

This recipe is amazing. I now keep a canister of the rub so all I have to do is pull it out and bam! Time saving yummyness.

I've shared this recipe with so many friends and it's always a huge hit.
