My kids (8 and 11 and wife loved this! (As did I! I didn't have any turkey in the house so I used chicken -- no big deal. I also didn't have any linguine so I used farfalle, which held on to the sauce nicely. I added extra firm organic tofu too, just for fun, and it worked perfectly (seared it in a skillet first. This is a very tasty dish!

I made this w/leftover turkey right after Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews from all, even picky kids! Last night I used fresh chicken, took a lot longer, tasted just as good! Good job Melissa!

Absolutely delicious! Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes, but I was afraid to try and recreate it at home. Melissa's recipe is out of this world - no substitutions needed!

Oh my gosh this is great! We had trouble finding bean sprouts so we bought them canned in the ethnic isle. we almost left out the cilantro, we thought we wouldn't like it. Thank goodness we added it, we used cilantro in the tube instead of fresh but still had the same effect. Otherwise we followed the recipe exactly. What a great way to use left overs, we can't wait until we have more meat leftovers to make this again.

This is a great recipe! Super color, aroma, and taste. It took me several minutes to get everything prepared, but the cooking time was fast. It is definitely a "do-over" with my family.

This is the first time I have tried a recipe that I felt moved to leave a review. I have been a big fan of "Ten Dollar Dinners" from the beginning and this was an awesome way to use leftover turkey. I went to three stores to find bean sprouts (don't know why so many grocery stores were out of them, but I'm glad the last store had them in stock. The sprouts do make the dish taste like classic Thai. The recipe was easy and the whole preparation went by quickly. By the time the noodles were cooked, I had the rest of the items prepped and ready for the skillet. I did add an extra half-tablespoon of sriracha to the sauce and was the perfect amount of heat for me.
