    For me, this was the best tamale I've ever had...but I'm a white girl. My husband said it just wasn't spicy enough. I'll have to find out how to kick it up to appease him!

    My daughter and I made these, our first attempt at tamales. They were easy to make and soooo delicious. I'm making them with another daughter tomorrow.

    These are the first tamales I have ever made. They tasted better than any I had ever had at a restaurant. So good!!!!
