    Good. I would probably go heavier on the shallots next time, however -- but, I like shallots. I would make this again -- it was easy and went well with Alton Brown's Good Eats Meatloaf.

    This is one of the best Brussels sprout recipes I have tried. You get the underlying Brussels spout flavor with a nice zing to it. This is now a regular dish at my house.

    I loved this recipe! Not your typical brussels sprouts dish and the shallots and cider vinegar added just the perfect kick! I will definitely make this again!
