This was a knock-out! I made the entire menu from this episode for a casual Thanksgiving. My friends said it was the best dinner they've ever had at my house (and there have been plenty of good ones! I couldn't find turkey breast the day before T'giving, so I had to use turkey breast tenderloins, which I butterflied and pounded out and then patched together to create a large surface. Then with the help of a friend, we rolled the whole thing up and trussed it. It was fabulous and I'm not sure I'd make it any different next time. We've all agreed that the filling was what was awesome and I'm going to try it with pork next time. This was so easy and impressive.

This was a big hit with the family on Thanksgiving. Only problem it took longer to prepare than indicated. Getting all the items tied up is a bit of a hassle.

This recipe was very good, tasty and super easy to make. I had a small group this year so I didnt want to make a whole turkey, this recipe was a huge hit and I have been requested to do it again for Xams brunch. Thank you Guy!

The flavors were good. My over all presentation was bad. The walkthru on the pepper came out great. Stuffing no problem. My ham slice were too thin cause I was guessing. Messed up big time on the turkey breast prep. I wish this one had a video to go back to watch for the references I am missing in the written receipe

I do this with chicken quite often; however, I do not use the exact ingredients that Guy is using. I also use a coating around mine, with flour, egg wash, then breadcrumbs. This will give an extra enforcement around the roulades. This recipe sounds yummy, and I do plan to try it. I love to watch the TV shows, and Guy is a very knowledgeable fellow when it comes to cooking. Thank you, Guy and Food Network. We appreciate you.
