    Loved these sandwiches. Made them for my sister's bridal shower and they were so easy! The cheese spread is so flavourful and goes great with the cucumber. I also added hot capocollo slices to half of the sandwiches and they were a big hit and a nice addition!

    Made these for a couple different Christmas parties and they were a big hit at each. One caution - this recipe makes a LOT of filling so unless you're serving a large crowd you might want to halve it.
