    I tried this recipe last year after seeing it in the Parade insert in the newspaper. This was the best turkey I have ever cooked and will be using this recipe from now on!! The skin is slightly crispy and the meat was succulent. The flavors were wonderful. I also put some herbed butter under the skin for an extra moist breast.The carrots give it a fabulous flavor and are very tasty themselves. Try this recipe and you'll never go back to any other!!Thank you Bobby!!
