Awesome recipe. Easy to make. I used all organic ingredients which really made the flavor! Sunny has really easy to make delicous recipes. I also made her Cheesy mushroom and broccoli casserole and it was also awesome and easy to make. Both dishes were the highlight at dinner.

Easy, tasty, and a little unique. I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was a real hit. I left out a few ingredients like the onion and jalapeno to please my guests, but that didn't take away the yumminess of this dish. I will be making it again for the Christmas buffet.

I wanted to make a green bean casserole that didn't rely on processed ingredients. This recipe is exactly what I was looking for, and it was much more delicious than "the old standby". Additionally, the potato skin topping that replaces the fried onions makes the casserole gluten-free, something our celiac friends appreciate.

I have not yet prepared this recipe. Does anyone have suggestions to make it heart healthy?
