    absolutely delicious! a meal in itself, but then again i added a couple of eggs over the top and then baked it:. definitely one of my favorite breakfast meals!

    These work out just like they should, I followed the recipe exactly (which is rare for me! and they turned out WONDERFUL. I would highly recommend the hashbrowns if you're having a big brunch at your house or something like that.

    Made this with some strip steaks for a nice alternative to white potatoes. What a great change. Bacon really makes this dish! Very good!!
