To quote Rachael...."YummmoooOO"! Did a mix of thighs and legs. How much is a 'small bunch' of kale? Followed previous suggestion of using the chicken stock for the garlic. Agree....the sauce is incredible! Also, didn't take the thyme off the stems before cooking. But, did remove them after taking the chicken out when I went to reduce the liquid for the sauce....the leaves just fell off while baking!

YUM! Everyone liked this. The sauce is incredible. I used boneless, skinless thighs and it turned out just fine. I also simmered the garlic in chicken stock and saved the stock for the sauce. The garlic just slipped out of the skins.

Making this again for the second time! Use the chicken stock when softening garlic cloves in the beginning of the recipe and save it! Use the saved broth when covering chicken! Why waste all that flavour!!

Made this a month ago with baby spinach ... Making again today! I actually made up the garlic ahead of time so it was easy to put in the pan when it was time. Absolutely delicious.

I made this last night for dinner and I have to say it is a new family favorite! The aroma as it was cooking was incredible! The chicken thighs were crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. I didn't have any marsala so I used dry sherry. Also, I am not a big fan of kale so I used baby spinach. Overall this is an amazing recipe!

Delish. I made this a few weeks ago with boneless chicken thighs - I only had a bit of Marsala so I mixed in some sherry and it was still awesome. Great flavors, especially from the mild sweet garlic and mushrooms. I am making it again tonight with bone-in chicken thighs and all Marsala wine. I'm also adding escarole - my new favorite green. This recipe is a definite keeper.

Great easy recipe! I could not find cremini mushrooms so I used shitake. I also added a lot more marsala than what the recipe called for. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs & the recipe came out delicous! Chicken was tender, lots of flavor & the garlic became soft & yummy! I recommend this recipe - delish!!!
