This is an easy to make meat sauce bursting with flavor. The noodles cooked in wine make a interesting flavor packed twist to a traditional dish. I would definitely make this one again.

The sauce was delicious (used ground lamb! Didn't buy a hot salami, but added crushed red pepper to taste; was perfect. It took way longer than 10 minutes for the prep especially with grating the salami. I don't know that I would make the spaghetti again that way for an everyday meal. Definitely for company to "wow" them.
