Why is this called pimento cheese when there are no pimentos in it? I grew up on pimento cheese and love it, so I'm always willing to try new versions. But this just has an awful taste to it..

This is my new favorite! I had always passed over pimento cheese sandwiches in the south and I never thought I would like them. Now that I'm changing my diet, I gave it a try. I used vegan rice cheese and vegan cream cheese and plain greek yogurt and used light mayo instead of cooking spray or margarine to fry them up and YUM!!! I mad some sweet potato chips as well and I'm making this a lot more often! Thanks Bobby!!!!

Tasty as a grilled cheese sammie but sadly disappointing as pimento cheese.

What a great sandwich !! I have children that are vegetarian and I'm always looking for something new to make. I love the idea also that it's on the leaner side. Thanks , Bobby !!

This was AMAZING! I have to admit to a certain level of skepticism about this recipe. I've never liked reduced fat cheeses, though I am a really big fan of Greek yogurt. The combination of ingredients makes a flavorful and thoroughly delightful dish. You really wouldn't think of it as a "diet" dish. This recipe is a keeper and I'm about to email it to all of my friends. Thank you, Bobby!

OMG!! This is a great tasting sandwich. My husband who is a meat and potato person and has never had yogurt loved this sandwich along with me. It was easy to make and packed with flavor. It was on the line of a crab dip with no crab. A must try and I will keep on my list of foods to make for a quick and tatsy dinner or lunch.

Nasty, Nasty - went straight into the trash. Greek yogurt over powers everything.
Second time I have tried Greek yogurt to lighten something - will not waste any more money. Would rather have a little of the good stuff that any of the bad stuff. Yuk!
